Replacement
Policy:
We
take pride in our products and swore by the highest
quality produced by serious manufacturers carefully
selected through our stringent process of quality
management.
As such we are extending our assurance of our Velocity-Power
packs to you at the following:
1) 100% Replacement for bloated pack within
1 month of your purchase. This warranty covers following:
• Bloating between 3.7V-4.2V/cell during flight
discharge
• Bloating occured at 1C or less charge rate
• Balancing exceeds 0.05V cell tolerance differences
among each cells on the same pack after charging
Please retain your order receipt as proof of purchase
by date. (Within 1 month of purchase)
2) 40% crash replacement if your pack is damaged
by model crashed due to mechanical / radio fault.
We will offer a 40% replacement refund on your next
purchase. Please submit a photo of your crash model
on site with a second photo of your crushed lipo pack
with our label clearly shown in the photo. Send your
request to us by email and we will process the 40%
discount on your next purchase on the same pack. Note
: 40% Discount valid for same pack crash replacement
purchase only, not Valid for new purchases and cannot
be used for value-exchange for new purchases.
Lipo-Care
Tips:
Lithium
polymer is a live substance. It has chemical reactions
relating to capacity discharge and heat. Here are
some useful tips that you can take as reference
to ensure prolonged life cycle of your packs:
1) Always charge using designated Lipo Battery Charger.
2) Never charge beyond 1C on your pack unless otherwise
stated on the label.
3) During flight, ensure that all cells are discharged
minimum 3.7V per cell. Never go below the nominal
voltage as it may risk bloating of the pack and
render the warranty void.
4) Have a Thermometer on hand if you have any to
check the temperature of the packs after each flight.
Normally the pack will be 50deg celcius or higher
if the pack is drained below 3.4V, so please ensure
it keeps to nominal voltage of 3.7V / cell on every
flight.
